Interior and exterior lighting of a landmark building in the center of Sofia!

Z-Light team was invited to design and deliver the lighting fixtures for the interior and facade lighting of one of the most iconic buildings on Moskovska Street in the center of Sofia. Moskovska Business Center is one of the few fashionable office buildings in this part of Sofia. It was completed in 2001 and has 4,500 square meters. m leasable area, located on the ground floor level plus underground parking for the needs of the tenants. A key tenant in Moskovska Business Center is the Embassy of Great Britain in Bulgaria.

The design department of Z-Light team, developed a project for facade lighting with linear lighting fixtures (wall washers) from a series Satin 2 from Thorn Lighting (part of the Zumtobel Group) with which we emphasized the cladding of the facade.

For the columns, we used compact projectors (Ø80 x 156 mm) with special optics (narrow beam) from the series D-CO LED from Thorn Lighting, and conventional entrance lighting was replaced with energy-efficient, moisture-proof recessed lights CHAL 200 LED2000-840 HF RSB, produced by Thorn Lighting.

The atrium in the interior of the business building was illuminated spectacularly, again with linear wall washers for surface mounting from the series Satin 2 from Thorn Lighting.

The lighting in the offices and corridors was filled with LED panels for installation in series BETA, which are distinguished by high efficiency - up to 120 lm/W, UGR <19, IP54/IK06 and comply with the international standard EN12464-1, and LED ceiling lights were installed in the stairwells LENA with a built-in microwave motion sensor. All lighting fixtures are manufactured by our main partner Thorn Lighting  and have a 5-year warranty.

And this challenge was successfully realized by Z-Light team, as a result of which our team is already a preferred partner and supplier of lighting equipment for other projects in which the company (owner of Moskovska Business Center) invests.
